Memphis is the newest on our list. Started its operation in 2016, located at the most central spot in the new town of Rhodes, across the casino, It is the only genuine American restaurant on the entire island. Huge portions, the fresh ingredients and the unique American-made steaks & burgers, make Memphis Restaurant the most famous place to enjoy your favorite meat recipes and feel like a king! A truly spectacular menu with great service as well.

Mama Sofia RestaurantWalking around the old town of Rhodes, right across the impressive Clock Tower, we visited Mama Sofia Restaurant, one of the oldest and most historical restaurants in Rhodes. Mama Sofia is a family run business and one of the few restaurants on the island which provides vegetarian food as well. The nights at the restaurant are amazing, as you can have dinner while overlooking the amazing historic monument of the Vyzantine Clock Tower.
Choose among the large variety of dishes and ask the owner for a wine suggestion, as there is a big variety of the best Greek wines!

We walked through the old town of Rhodes and an impressive building drawed our attention at the Evreon Martiron square. Ippotikon Restaurant is not an ordinary restaurant. In here, we felt like dining into an archaeological site as the building its self is part of the Medieval walls and historic monuments of the town. The food is mainly Greek and delicious. You can have dinner on one of the multiple levels of those impressive facilities. The view from the terrace level is truly breathtaking. Ask Nikos, the owner about his recommendations and the menu. A must-visit place for sure.
